I am a trained observer of human behavior. I am obsessed in all details I see in people and their behaviors well as my own.
In my last post, I detailed my impression of a business poorly run. It is something I actually find amusing. Situations happen and life is too short to dwell on incidents past their shelf life. Sometimes, I find humor in these incidents and use them for humorous fodder for conversations, blogs, good stuff to tell at parties.
I sometimes feel sadness in interactions I see and a myriad of other feelings as my perception reads incidents.
I believe this is putting information together in my slice of this mystery I call life

The concept of , "the customer is always right," is dead!
Who really gets kicked out of places?
What type of business throws out a good, steady customer in today's economy?
What kind of business allows their employees to wield the power to alienate customers on a whim?
What kind of business seemingly make's no effort to promote good customer relations??
Gone is the day of, "The customer is always right."
This much I know to be true as I myself was recently kicked out of a branch of Enterprise-Rent-A-Car with no provocation on my part.
In my next blog entry, I will fill in the details of how I got kicked out of an Enterprise-Rent-a-Car location without the least bit of provocation (on my part.)

DAVID hockney awes me!
I look at this and each time it is fresh! From Hockney's early drawings, watercolor- like works, I have been moved. The simplicity of his technique, such as portraying water in a swimming pool, inspires me to want to pull out the brushes and paper and just loose myself in them.
